To avoid the congestion of the registration desk on the day of the conference, please register prior arriving at the conference venue.
IHEPA2025 will be hybrid style of both onsite and recorded sessions after the conference.

Reception

The registration for reception could be made together with Registration for Participation or at the Registration Desk during the IHEPA 2025 at the venue.

How to make the payment of Participation of Registration Fees

Please note that you are only able to make the payment for one person by using a credit card at a time. It is not possible to make the payment for multiple participates.

We will not refund the payment whatever reasons after the payment is made.

Program Book

If you are wishing to purchase the program book, please ready to make the payment by cash. The program book is only sold at the registration desk during the congress. If you are the member of The Japan Society of Health Evaluation and Promotion, then you receive the program book prior to the congress. This time the program book is combined with the 53th Annual Meeting of The Japan Society of Health Evaluation and Promotion.

How to Register

• IHEPA2025 Registration From Here

IHPEA2025 is joint conference with The 53rd Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Health Evaluation and Promotion. You could participate both congresses by single registration. Therefore, you do not need to register for each conference. Please choose the one you to prefer to register.

• 1: Register the new account to confit
  Once you register through the link, please check the e-mail from Confit.
  In the e-mail, the registration code could be found. Please put the registration code on the screen of Confit account registration to complete the registration to Confit.
  Please note this is not the completion of the participation
• 2: After the completion of the registration of Confit account, register for participation of IHEPA2025
  You will receive the e-mail of notification for registration
  Please follow the link and complete the payment.
• 3: After the completion of the payment, you will receive the email of completion of the registration for IHEPA2025. Please check the e mail. Also please log-in Mypage of registration to check the QR code which you need on the day of the conference.

※Please Note※

• The certificate of participation, name card and receipt are not to be sent by post.
• Certificate of participation and name card will be printed out by scanning the QR code at the Registration Desk on the day of the event. Please receive it from the Registration staff.
• Once the payment is completed, QR code will be displayed in “Mypage” of the Participation Regisration System. Please bring the QR code with you by printing out or showing on the mobile devices on the day of the IHEPA2025.
• Receipt could be downloaded from the “Receipt Download” of the screen login page after the completion of the payment.

On the day of the IHEPA Meeting

Registration Desk: Grand Ball Room A, 1st floor of the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama.

【Pre-Registered Participants】

Please come to the Registration Desk with your own QR code, which could be found on your Mypage. By scanning the QR code, you will receive the Certification of the Participation and Name Card. The name card holder could be found near the Registration Desk.

【Wishing to make the payment by cash at the venue for the registration】

Please fill in the form of “Registration for participation – Cash payment at the venue on the day” and take it to the Registration Desk. Please make your payment by cash.
*Please note we will not accept the payment by credit card or other than cash payment at the venue of the IHEPA2025.
*The classification of the participation fee will be “Paying onsite fees”.
